Our opening event in Berlin was a complete success! On Valentine's Day, February 14, 2023, we opened our first My Health & Beauty Store in the Gesundbrunnen Center in Berlin. Alongside great guests, exciting brands, and a relaxed atmosphere, we had the pleasure of meeting many interesting people and convincing them of our concept.
As special guests, we were able to welcome the newly engaged couple Verena Kerth and Marc Terenzi. Verena Kerth, just returning from the Australian jungle, and Marc Terenzi, the American pop singer and reality TV participant, created a fantastic atmosphere and even tried out two of our treatments themselves. Marc Terenzi opted for our carboxy therapy around the eyes. Carboxy therapy is a type of mesotherapy, but instead of meso-cocktails, medical carbon dioxide (CO2) is injected under the skin. The result promises improved skin elasticity and wrinkle reduction. The skin appears overall younger and fresher, and thanks to the medical CO2, small fat deposits are also reduced. Although the treatment initially looks a bit daunting, Marc reported that it was absolutely not painful. On the contrary, he felt a fresh and revitalizing sensation around the eyes afterward. Verena Kerth chose carboxy therapy from our range of various infusions to medical beauty treatments as well, but on the chin. She also opted for a vitamin C infusion. After feeling a bit tired and jet-lagged in the morning due to her return from Australia, she felt fit and energized after the infusion.
Another special guest we were thrilled to have was Cathy Lugner. The former model chose carboxy therapy and then a vitamin C infusion. We are delighted with the positive feedback and hope to welcome the three of them back as our customers soon!
We are especially proud of our fantastic products from the Ohh de Cologne Shop. In addition to exciting brands like Annemarie Börlind, NO Cosmetics, and many more, which we also offer in our stores, we were able to excite our guests with thrilling products from our goodie bags. These included products from VSun, Soulbath, NO Cosmetics, Annemarie Börlind, Girl Happens, and Smilemaker, as well as vouchers from Ohh de Cologne and MY Health & Beauty. We also had culinary delights for our guests. Highlights included the small delicacies from the caterer Aveato, the cool drinks from Lillet, and the botanical latte from the Berlin company Wunderblume.
We are also very pleased with the media presence, such as RTL, which wrote an exciting article about our opening!
